Construction supervision of reinforced concrete structures by DOKOS. The project has a total built-up area of 2000m2.<\/p>\n
The project was commissioned by Xenios Gate group, which owns other high-standard hotels and facilities.<\/p>\n
The luxury construction was completed in just eight months. The construction of the hotel unit took place on a privately owned plot of land spanning 15 acres, consisting of seven buildings.
