With state-of-the-art, fully licensed, privately owned facilities for the collection, sorting, processing, and recycling of excavation, demolition, and renovation waste (C&D waste), we represent a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the field of Alternative C&D Waste Management. This joint venture has been involved in some of the country’s most significant projects and holds a leading position in the sector, capturing a substantial share of the market.

The aim of proper C&D waste management is to reduce landfill disposal and decrease the need for primary raw aggregates by substituting them with recovered materials, in alignment with the principles of the circular economy. Our company is certified and licensed to provide appropriate processing services such as sorting, crushing, screening, short-term storage, and distribution of final materials such as sand, 3A (gravel mix), iron, aggregates of various gradations, and materials suitable for topsoil, landfill capping, quarry restoration, etc., all CE-marked.

With state-of-the-art, cutting-edge construction machinery such as crushers, screens, barrels, presses, and more, it offers self-managed C&D waste (Construction & Demolition Waste) services throughout the entire Greek territory, providing solutions even under the most demanding conditions, including the most remote areas. The company undertakes the collection and management of materials even using floating equipment, offering its services both on the mainland and on the islands. Special Projects

Reconstruction of the Monastery of Megisti Lavra, Mount Athos

DOKOS oversaw the construction of reinforced concrete works at the Monastery of Megisti Lavra, in Provata, Mount Athos.

The project was carried out on a voluntary basis, with only the cost of construction materials being charged, as a tribute to the Greek Orthodox Church.

Reconstruction and reinforcement of the covered Modiano Market, Thessaloniki

DOKOS undertook the reinforcement of the foundations and structural elements of the building, the addition of intermediate slabs and new flooring, as well as the construction of new staircases and balconies. The project was commissioned by Fais Group, with the aim of restoring and renovating the interior of the listed building, 100 years after its original construction in 1922.
