Construction of a luxury 5-star hotel in Kalyves, Polygyros Halkidiki.

Construction supervision of load-bearing concrete structures by DOKOS. The project required a volume of 10,000m3 of reinforced concrete. The project was awarded by Blue Lagoon Group as an extension of the luxurious hotel units of Blue Lagoon Princess.

It is a large-scale project consisting of five buildings for rooms, a central hotel building, and two luxury restaurants. Outdoor constructions also include pools with overflow systems and mechanical facilities. It is a demanding construction project with architectural peculiarities in concrete and tight timeframes due to the start of the tourist season.
