Construction of a complex of luxury 5-star hotel units in Kanistro, Paliouri Halkidiki.

Construction supervision of reinforced concrete structures and environmental space by DOKOS. The project required a volume of 40,000m3 of reinforced concrete.

The project was awarded by MED Sea Health.

It is a large-scale project, consisting of 300 luxury rooms and suites, a state-of-the-art Thermal Spa, ten restaurants and bars, a marina for super yachts with fueling capability, Kids Planet for children, a modern conference center with a capacity of up to 450 people, and various other facilities, fields, and activities.
