Construction of a luxury 5-star hotel, Potus Thassos.

Construction supervision of reinforced concrete structures by DOKOS. The project has a total built-up area of 2000m2.

The project was commissioned by Xenios Gate group, which owns other high-standard hotels and facilities.

The luxury construction was completed in just eight months. The construction of the hotel unit took place on a privately owned plot of land spanning 15 acres, consisting of seven buildings. It comprises 35 rooms and suites with a sea view, out of which 20 have private pools, a central building with a lobby, restaurants, bars, three pools with water games and hydromassage, a tennis court, and a park with a water element.
