Construction of a complex of luxury 5-star hotel units in Agios Ioannis Beach, Nikiti Sithonia.

Construction supervision of the load-bearing and environmental concrete structures by DOKOS Project, requiring a volume of 22,000m3 of reinforced concrete.

The project was awarded by ZEUS International, which owns other hotels with high specifications and facilities.

This large-scale project consists of 500 luxury seaside rooms and suites.

The main building is spread over four levels and includes eight luxury bungalows, auxiliary buildings such as a restaurant, beach bar, as well as a multitude of indoor and outdoor swimming pools and jacuzzis.
